Tracey Galowitz

GalowitzOlson Law, PLLC
Probate and Estate Planning Attorney

Tracey is a highly-respected and trusted attorney in the St. Croix Valley. She considers it an honor to serve her clients and her community, which she has done for over 35 years.  Tracey has served in a leadership capacity on many professional and community boards and organizations.  As a life-long Stillwater resident, she has provided expert legal advice to many clients, friends, colleagues and business leaders, who in turn have recommended her to their own clients, friends, family members and colleagues. With a friendly and outgoing personality, she considers it a compliment when new acquaintances say, “You don’t seem like a lawyer!”

As the firm’s lead attorney in estate planning, trust and probate settlement, Tracey’s approach to the law is compassionate and collaborative: she provides the information clients need so they can make sound, informed legal decisions—together.  For example, you may approach her because you know you need a Will, but you’re not sure what that entails, or how much it will cost. Tracey will take the time to educate you on the differences between a Will, Power of Attorney, Healthcare Directive, Trust, and Beneficiary Designations, while explaining all the confusing legal-speak.

She has a simple life philosophy: Enjoy each day and take time to be grateful. She is grateful to have a career that she loves. Whether she is travelling, relaxing at the cabin or enjoying a glass of wine with friends, she is focused on creating memories. Her favorite times are the moments spent in laughter and love with her family, including her husband, Scott, and their three daughters, sons-in-law, and grandchildren.
